ABOUT DARTIX

    Built in a practice,not a boardroom.

Every workflow, automation and proposal in Dartix was built to solve a problem a practising advisor actually hit that week. This is not software designed in theory.
    THE TEAM

Built and backedby people who've done this.

Two founders who lived the problem and built the platform, a leadership team that runs it, and an advisory board that has run this industry from the inside.

    INSIDE THE FOUNDER'S PRACTICE

What it did for the practicethat built it.

Dartix is not a product we demo and then go home. It is the platform the founding advisory practice runs on, and these are its own measured outcomes.
    $2.5M → $5M
Annual life insurance production, moving toward a $5M run rate
    $1M to $2M
Additional annual production expected from the Alberta expansion
    Hours → minutes
Proposal preparation time, end to end
Full client intelligence before every meeting
Planning quality lifted by integrated technical knowledge
Advisor productivity gained back through automation
Figures describe the founding advisory practice's own production and internal measurements, including a forward-looking expectation for the Alberta expansion that has not yet been realised. They are provided to show what the platform was built against, not as a representation of what any other advisor will achieve. Individual results vary with market, licensing, offer and effort.

    OUR MISSION

To help advisors build larger, stronger and more valuable businesses through one integrated operating platform.

The industry offers excellent individual tools. None of them work together to build a complete advisory business, and none of them are accountable for whether yours actually grows. Dartix was built to change that.

It started as the operating system for one real financial planning practice. It is still used there every day. That is the standard every feature has to clear before it ships to anyone else.

    HOW WE OPERATE

    Five things wedon't compromise on.

Each of these has cost us a feature we wanted to ship. That is what makes them principles rather than marketing.

    The advisor stays the advisor

Dartix handles the response, the scheduling and the drafting. The advice, the relationship and the close are never automated away. When a competitor puts a call centre in the loop, we put you in it, because the prospect can tell the difference, and so can the regulator.

    Compliance is not optional

CIRO 3800/3900 and PIPEDA are built into every draft and every script by default, not bolted on later.

    You own the asset

Your ad account, your leads, your client data. If you leave, all of it goes with you. We don't hold your pipeline hostage.

    Speed is the whole point

If a feature doesn't make the lead-to-meeting path faster, it doesn't ship.

    SEE IT FOR YOURSELF

Judge us by what it doesfor your practice.

Built by advisors, for advisorsYour ad account, your leads
