Use Zoom with your Dartix meeting assistant
Connect your own Zoom host account, choose when the assistant may join, and review meeting notes in Dartix.

Open meeting settings
Sign in to your Dartix advisor account. Open Settings, choose Calendar, then find AI Meeting Assistant.

Connect Zoom
Select Connect beside Zoom and authorize Dartix in the Zoom account that hosts your meetings. Your existing Google Meet connection can stay connected.

Choose auto-join
Use the Auto-join control in AI Meeting Assistant to decide whether the assistant may join eligible meetings across your connected accounts. The assistant appears as a named participant.

Review the result
After a meeting, return to AI Meeting Assistant or your meeting record to review the status and notes. Recording and analysis may take time; review any follow-up before sending it.
Manage or remove access
Return to Settings → Calendar → AI Meeting Assistant to switch auto-join off or select Disconnect beside Zoom. You can also revoke Dartix in your Zoom account's app management settings.
Before a meeting is recorded
Tell participants that the meeting assistant may record and transcribe the meeting, and obtain any consent required by your organization or applicable law.
